In order for us to provide the best possible care to all our patients, it is very important that we maintain and organized schedule. If for any reason, your appointment must be cancelled, please give us 48 hours notice. This allows us to serve other patient's needs in your place. Usually, the first missed or cancelled appointment is rescheduled at no charge. After that, there will be a missed appointment fee of $30 or the office will choose not to reappoint.
